Using this website
The content on chiragdigital.in is provided for general information about our services. You may read and share it, but you may not copy substantial portions of it for commercial use without permission.
Enquiries and free audits
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A free audit is offered without obligation on either side, and we may decline an enquiry if it falls outside what we do.
Services and scope
Paid work is defined by whatever we agree in writing before starting — the pages covered, what will be done, and the monthly fee. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees. Prices shown on the pricing page may change, but we will tell you before any change applies to an existing engagement.
Cancellation
Plans run month to month with no lock-in. Either side can end an engagement by giving notice before the next billing date. Work already completed and billed is not refundable.
What you provide
To do the work we may need access to your website, CMS, or Search Console. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access, and for keeping backups of your site.
Results
We implement on-page SEO to a professional standard, but search rankings depend on factors outside our control — competitor activity, search engine algorithm changes, and your wider site and market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or revenue outcomes, and you should be cautious of any agency that does.
Ownership
Once paid for, the content, titles, and markup we produce for your website are yours. Our internal templates, checklists, and processes remain ours.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
